Sending badges: to one student, a group, from the matrix or with a paper sheet

• ACADEMY › Badges: Send new badge button and the Badge Matrix, Badges Sent and Bulk Sending tabs.
• Badges Sent: Scan sheet and Generate marking sheet.
• Coach app: send badge.

1. Click Send new badge.
2. Keep Auto-send via WhatsApp on if it should reach the family's phone.
3. Choose students or add them By Smart Tag.
4. Select collection and badge.
5. Optional: Personal Note to Student and photos or videos of the moment.
6. Click Send.

Pick the collection to see every student with their progress (for example 6/10). Tap empty cells to award badges in bulk and send them all at once. Filter by Smart Tags or category, search for a student or export to Excel.

In Bulk Sending choose the course or level and the calendar class; the students in that class appear, you pick the badges and send. The WhatsApp switch decides whether it goes out by WhatsApp.

1. Generate marking sheet: choose collections, legend sheet and pre-marking of earned badges; a PDF is produced.
2. The coach marks in pen during the session.
3. Scan sheet: upload the photo (JPG, PNG or HEIC, max 10 MB) and Badgie records the progress.

Badges Sent lists each award with date, badge, student, collection %, coach, clicks and a WhatsApp share button. The family opens the badge on their phone, with the coach's comment and a Share button.

Ask "give the Teamwork badge to the whole 6 pm group": the agent finds the badge (list_badges) and the students and prepares one grouped proposal (award_badge) you approve with a tap; once approved, the family gets the in-app notice and the WhatsApp.
