Quick answer

A badge is created in ACADEMY › Badges › Badge Studio › Create new badge. Write the name and description, choose icon or image, order number, rarity and collection, and check the preview before saving.

Where to find it

  • ACADEMY › Badges, Badge Studio tab, Create new badge button (/dashboard/badges-studio/create).
  • From a collection: Add Badge To Collection.
  • The agent can also propose a whole collection with its badges.

Steps

  1. Click Create new badge.
  2. Badge name: short and specific ("My first length").
  3. Description and skills: what the student must achieve; it also guides coaches.
  4. Icon / image and Background: how the badge looks.
  5. Number: its order in the collection.
  6. Turn the sport header, category/age, student name, school name and school logo blocks on or off as needed.
  7. Choose the collection and save.

Rarity

The Rarity block offers Normal, Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Rarity shows as a frame and a label on the badge and makes the hardest ones feel special.

After saving

The badge appears in Badge Studio with its order, description, type and active status, and in its collection. It can now be awarded from the matrix, individual send or the coach app.

With the AI agent

Ask "create a collection of 8 beginner padel badges": the agent proposes the full collection with names, descriptions, skills and design (propose_badge_collection) and generates the art (generate_badge_art); it is created once you approve.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a badge already sent?

Yes, from Badge Studio or the card's Edit button in Collections; students who have it keep it.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes: use your own image in Icon / image.
