Sponsors: give your sponsors visibility on badges and track their clicks
How to add sponsors in Badgie, create ads that appear on students' badges, track clicks and download a report for the sponsor.

Quick answer
In Badgie, Marketing → Sponsorship (“Sports Sponsorships and Banners”) lets you register the club's sponsors and show their ads on the badges and trophies students receive, which families open and share. Badgie counts each sponsor's clicks and generates a report you can show them.
It is a way to earn extra income: the sponsor gains visibility with every student achievement.

Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Marketing → Sponsorship, with the Ads, Sponsors and Promotions tabs.
- Where they appear: on each student's badge page (web and app) and, if you add it, in the Sponsor block of Info Badges.
Step by step
1. Add the sponsor
- Open the Sponsors tab and click Create new sponsor.
- Fill in Sponsor Name, add Internal Notes if you like, and upload the Sponsor Picture (PNG with a transparent background, under 1 MB). The preview shows how it will look.
- Click Create Sponsor. In the list you can turn it on or pause it with the Active switch.
2. Create the ads
- In Ads, click Create new ad and link it to a sponsor.
- Ads rotate on students' badges.
3. Measure and report back
- The Clicks column shows each sponsor's clicks on badges.
- Click Download report and choose PDF (media kit) or Excel (data) for the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or all time.
What families see
When they open their child's badge (from the app or the shared link) they see the achievement and, next to it, the sponsor's ad, which they can tap. In Info Badges with a Sponsor block they also see the sponsor's logo.
By sport
It works the same in every sport. The most common sponsors are local businesses tied to the activity: physiotherapy, opticians or sports gear for swimming, racket shops for tennis and padel, or neighbourhood shops for a youth academy.
With the AI agent
Ask Badgie Agentic how your sponsors are performing: it checks the impressions, clicks and click-through rate of each one and summarizes them, which is handy before renewing a deal.
