Badgie dashboard home: Classic and Stats views, quick actions, search and modules

• Web: it is the first screen after logging in; in the side menu, Dashboard → Dashboard. At the top right you switch between Classic and Stats.
• The side menu groups features in dashboard order: Dashboard, Finance, Sales, Community, Academy, Communications, Marketing, Staff and Club control.
• In a mobile browser the cards stack in one column.

1. Check Enrolments to review: who is waiting on a form and since when (orange means several days). See all enrolments opens the full inbox.
2. Look at the Finance card: invoiced, collected and outstanding this month. Open Finance takes you to the module.
3. In Class calendar, see today's Agenda, the Groups and Attendance. See full calendar opens the Calendar.

1. Use the Quick actions on the right: Take attendance, Send badge, Create new student, New class or event. See all also shows Ask the agent, Send form, Create social post and Upload photos/videos.

1. For an urgent notice (class cancelled, time change), click Send Express Notification: choose recipients (students, parents and guardians, teachers or by Smart Tag), write the message and decide when it goes out. Nobody receives it until you confirm.

Click Stats in the header to see club statistics for a period (today, this week, this month, quarter or custom dates):

• App usage: how many families and students have the app, how many used it and when they log in.
• Summary, Coaches, Groups and Students: the club's performance broken down.

• Search (⌘K or Ctrl+K): type a name to jump to a student or a lead. Start with > for actions, @ for students and # for features. If what you need does not appear, Ask the agent passes the question to Super Coach.

• Super Coach (⌘J or Ctrl+J): the club's AI agent. It answers with your school's real data («how much am I owed?», «who has missed the most sessions?») and proposes actions that run when you approve them. It keeps your conversations and shows the AI credits available.

At the bottom of the side menu, Customize your Badgie opens the catalogue. There you can:

• Catalogue: see every module with its category, description and status (Active or Inactive), filter by category, origin or status, or click For your sport. At the top, Sport verticals turn on a sport's full package with one switch (for example Golf).
• Customize sidebar: choose what you see in the side menu.
• Mobile apps: set up your club's apps.

The grid icon in the header also opens a quick summary of active modules by category.

The home screen is the same for every sport; what changes is the menu, depending on the active modules. For example, a golf club sees the Golf group once its vertical is on, a football club sees Academy teams (Cantera) and a martial arts club sees Belts.

• «Give me a summary of how the club is doing this week.»
• «Which modules do I have on? Turn on the online shop.» The agent checks the catalogue and proposes turning modules on or off; it is applied when you approve.
• «Where do I set up direct debit batches?» The agent searches the Badgie guides and points you to the screen.
