Urban Fit & Fearless

Urban Fit & Fearless teaches Urban Krav Maga self-defence in London. Training includes grappling and ground fighting, with workouts alternating technique drills and higher intensity conditioning.

The centre offers group classes, personal training, workshops, seminars and corporate self-defence classes. Classes accommodate beginners and experienced participants. They are mixed gender and typically 50% female, with no more than 20 participants and usually around 15. Classes are taught by a certified, insured instructor affiliated to the British Combat Association.

Peckham classes take place on Wednesdays from 19:30 to 21:00, and Beckenham classes take place on Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:00. Both venues offer free parking. Friday sessions run from 19:30 to 21:30, with topics listed in the calendar.

The first session is free. Pay-as-you-go sessions cost £15, a five-session pack costs £65 and a ten-session pack costs £110. Friday special sessions and workshops cost £20. There is no membership or monthly subscription, and session packs have no time limit.
