Sheffield Self-Defence Jiu-jitsu in Dronfield teaches Jiu-Jitsu for self-defence. It offers a Fighting Foundations curriculum for beginners and private one-to-one Jiu-Jitsu sessions. The head instructor participates in the Valente Brothers teaching program.
