Shaolin Quanshu Kung Fu School in London teaches Chinese Kung Fu. Training includes self-defence, traditional forms, weapons and fitness. Students also have opportunities to try competition fighting.
Adult and children's classes take place throughout the week, accepting students aged six and upwards. Adult classes are for ages 16 and upwards. Children's grading progresses alongside the adult syllabus.
Monday adult classes at Grange Park run from 20:30 to 22:00, and Wednesday adult classes at Southgate run from 20:30 to 22:00. Saturday Southgate classes for ages 6–10 run from 09:00 to 10:10. Saturday classes for ages 11–15 run from 10:15 to noon.
Grange Park classes take place at St Peters Church Hall, Vera Avenue, N21 1DN. St Peters Church is two minutes from Grange Park overground station. Southgate classes take place at Southgate Methodist Church, The Bourne, N14 6RS. The school offers a free taster session. Students must be paid-up members to train.
