Miles Martial Arts offers ITF Taekwon-do and Kickboxing, with a Crockham Hill venue in Edenbridge. It runs age-appropriate classes from age three through adulthood, alongside camps, seminars, competitions and regular gradings.
Crockham Hill kickboxing includes juniors aged 7–13 and teens and adults aged 14 and over. Family Taekwon-do classes are also offered, with students ideally aged seven or above. Individual lessons, online training drills and syllabus videos are available. Kickboxing instructors are part of Team GB and include a current European champion.
The Hildenborough venue is a full-time dojang, where kickboxing gradings are held. Head office is at 10 Riding Lane in Hildenborough.
